TERM: The term hereof shall be ___________ months commencing on ________________and ending on _____________. A 30-day written notice is required by any party not intending to renew this lease. Tenancy may be terminated by either party after the expiration date of this agreement by giving written notice of intent to terminate to the other party not less than 30 days before the proposed date of termination. Failure of either party to give this required written notice will automatically renew this lease and all terms thereof on a month-to-month basis.
