This Master Affiliation Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into on 7/1/2022 (“Effective Date”), by and between Sutter Valley Hospitals, a California non-profit public benefit corporation which operates a family medicine residency program (“Residency Program”) and Behavioral Health, Public Health and Homeless Task Force, a county organization (“Participating Site”).
