This Operating Agreement ("Agreement") of PacRim Bridges, LLG (the "Company")* effective as of November 28,2017 (the "Effective Date"), is entered into by Doug Ericksen, an individual (“Ericksen”), and Jay Rodne, an individual ("Rodne”) (each, a ''Member" and collectively, the "Members”) and the Company.
