This Class Action Settlement Agreement (“Settlement” or “Settlement Agreement”) is made by Plaintiff Eimear Kenny (“Plaintiff” or “Settlement Class Representatives”), individually and on behalf of the Settlement Class Members she seeks to represent (“Settlement Class” or “Settlement Class Members,” as defined below), and Locke Transportation, Inc.
