COLLECTIVE AGREEMENTCollective Agreement • November 30th, 2004
This Agreement shall apply to all employees in the bargaining unit defined in the Certificate issued by the Ontario Labor Relations Board on the 8th day of January, that is, all employees of Fleetwood Metal Industries, in Ontario save and except supervisors, persons above the rank of supervisor, office and sales staff. It is mutually agreed and understood that the bargaining unit does not include direct representatives of management such as superintendents, timekeepers, engineering and metallurgical personnel.
