The above-named Artist and, if the Artist is under the age of 18, his or her parent or legal guardian (hereinafter referred to individually as “I” or collectively as “we”) desire that the Artist participate in various programs, events or activities in the 2020 Illinois High School Art Exhibition on March 8, 2020 (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Art Exhibition”) operated or sponsored by the Illinois High School Art Exhibition, an Illinois not-for-profit corporation (“IHSAE”), and the East Bank Storage on 35th Street, Inc. d/b/a “Bridgeport Art Center”, an Illinois corporation (“Center”).
