This Cloud Purchasing Program Agreement ("Agreement") is between Cygnus Technologies, LLC ("Vendor") and Carahsoft Technology Corp. ("Carahsoft") and is dated December 1, 2020 ("Effective Date"). Carahsoft and Vendor have decided to work together to affect the sale of certain Vendor products and/or services to U.S. Public Sector (Federal, State, and Local) Agencies, Federal System Integrators, Academic Intuitions, and Prime Contractors thereof ("Customers").
