This Master Services Agreement (this “Agreement”) is between Netlogix, Inc. with offices at 48 Court Street, Westfield, Massachusetts 01085 (“us”, “our”, “we” or “Netlogix”), and you, the entity whose name, authorized signatory and contact information appear in the signature block of this Agreement (“you”, “your” or “Client”), electronic signature, or by click-through acceptance on a Statement of Work(SOW). This Agreement will be effective as of the latest date of the signatures of the parties below (“Effective Date”).
