conditions, easements and restrictions set forth in that certain “Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for MYERS PARK TERRACES” (the “Declaration”), a proposed draft of which has been furnished to Buyer, and which shall be administered by MYERS PARK TERRACES TOWNHOME ASSOCIATION, INC., a North Carolina non-profit corporation (the “Association”). The drawings attached hereto as Schedule C are approximate and subject to change based on field conditions, governmental requirements, and similar factors; however, no such changes shall diminish materially the accessibility, value, or size of the Townhome. Furthermore, the Declaration may be amended pursuant of the terms thereof.
