DrillingInfo and Licensee have entered into a non-exclusive license for the DI System. These Standard License Terms and Conditions are fully incorporated into all DI System Licenses. If the Parties agree to modify, add or delete any of these Standard License Terms and Conditions, then such changes are set forth on the attached Exhibit A.
