This Contract (“Contract”), entered into by and between the Indiana Department of Child Services, (“DCS” or “the State”), and , an Indiana licensed child placing agency (the “Contractor”), is executed pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth herein. In consideration of those mutual undertakings and covenants, the parties agree as follows:
