The provision of Services will start on the date both parties have executed this Agreement (“the Effective Date”). This Agreement may also be terminated in the event a party fails to cure any material breach within 30 calendar days of written notice received from the non- breaching party. Either party may terminate for cause due to the insolvency of the other party or the institution of voluntary or involuntary proceedings in bankruptcy or under any other insolvency law, or an arrangement with creditors, or a corporate reorganization, receivership, or dissolution of the other party. The parties may also terminate this agreement at any time by mutual agreement.
