ADDENDUM TO LEASEAddendum to Lease • June 13th, 2012
ADDITIONAL LEASE PROVISION: The parties hereto agrees that if at any time during the term of the Lease, the lessor fails to make timely payments of monthly maintenance assessments and/or any special assessments (collectively, “Monetary Default”) when due and owing under the provisions contained therefore in the Cobble East Condominium Association, Inc.or its authorized agent to both Lessor and Lessee, and the expiration of any applicable cure period contained therein, Lessee shall thereafter promptly remit to the Cobble East Condominium Association , Inc. the amount set out in said written notice in order to cure the Monetary payment(s) due Lessor under the Lease. Upon payment in full to Cobble East Condominium Association, Inc. of all amounts due and owing it as set out in the written notice, Lessee shall thereafter remit normal monthly rental payments to Lessor.
