This Interlocal Cooperation Traffic Signal Maintenance Agreement, hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement” is made and entered into under the authority of Indiana Code § 36-1-7 et. seq. this day of , 2020, by and between the Board of Commissioners of Allen County, Indiana, hereinafter referred to as “COUNTY”, and the CITY of FORT WAYNE, through its Board of Public Works, hereinafter referred to as the “CITY”, both of which are Indiana political subdivisions as defined in Indiana Code § 36-1-2-13. for inspection, routine maintenance, and non-routine maintenance of traffic signals, on County maintained roads in Allen County. The County and City are sometimes individually referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
