This Independent Contractor Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of the 1st day of July, 2013 (the “Effective Date”), between United Mortgage Trust (“Company”), and Stuart Ducote (“Contractor”). The Company desires to retain Contractor as an independent contractor to perform services for the Company and Contractor is willing to perform such services, on the terms set forth more fully below.
