Database Network Specialists d/b/a B2B Cloud Solutions (“B2B” or “we”) and you, and if applicable, between B2B and the company or other legal entity that you represent. You or the company you represent are referred to in this Agreement as “Client” or “you”. B2B and Client are also referred to individually as a “party” and collectively as the “parties”. If you are entering into this Agreement as an individual, you represent and warrant that you are over the age of eighteen (18) and possess the legal capacity to bind yourself to its terms and conditions. If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a business organization or entity, you represent and warrant that you are duly authorized to bind that entity to this Agreement.
