This Standard Safety-Duplication Agreement is intended to be used in cases where the Depositor and Recipient partners decide to place the details of their safety-duplication arrangement on record. This Model Agreement reflects the standard approach described in the AEGIS Safety-Duplication Policy and thus could be signed as is to formalize the arrangement. Should partners agree to deviate the safety-duplication arrangement from the standard procedure as described in the AEGIS Safety-Duplication Policy, they should reflect the deviating parts under the respective articles and paragraphs and are expected to clearly describe what the precise arrangement entails.
