This License Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which Customer may (i) use Licensor’s proprietary software (the Licensed Software/Subscribed Software) that is specifically licensed to Customer pursuant to the Quote; and (ii) use the user documentation that Licensor makes generally available in hard copy or electronic form to its general customer base in conjunction with the licensing of such Applications (the “Documentation”).
