This Terms of Service agreement (this "Agreement"), as it is modified from time to time in accordance with its terms, sets forth the terms and conditions governing your use of the remittance services (the “Service”) offered by PNB Remittance Centers, Inc. (“PNBRCI”). This Agreement is between you and PNBRCI, and PNBRCI may rely on and enforce this Agreement. Please read it carefully. By signing below or by using the Service, you agree to be bound by and comply with all of its terms. The words “we” and “us” and “our” refer to PNBRCI. The terms “ you” or “y our” refer to the sender of a remittance and user of the Service under this Agreement.
