This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) between iCetana Pty Ltd (ACN 140 449 725) (“iCetana”), with principal offices located at Suite 4, 6 Centro Avenue, Subiaco, 6008, Western Australia, and your company (“Licensee”) governs the grant of the license by iCetana to the Licensee to use the iCetana Software, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this EULA.
