This Kitemetrics Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by Kitefaster, LLC (Kitefaster) and you (“Developer” or “You”) and governs Your access and use of the Kitemetrics Technology (defined below). If You are accessing or using the Kitemetrics Technology on behalf of a company or other legal entity, You represent and warrant that You are an authorized representative of that entity and have the authority to bind such entity to this Agreement, in which case the terms “Developer” and “You” shall refer to such entity.
