This Memorandum of Understanding (hereinafter referred to as the MOU) is entered into by and between the City of Fontana (hereinafter referred to as the City) and the Fontana Police Management Association (hereinafter referred to as the Association). Except as otherwise provided in this MOU, all of its provisions shall be applicable to all employees in the job classifications of Sergeant, Lieutenant, and Captain for the period commencing July 1, 2021 and ending June 30, 2023.
