IMPORTANT! Before you activate or use your Card (including a Virtual Card), please read the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement carefully and ensure that you understand them in full. By signing or using the Card (including activating or simply maintaining the card account), the Cardholder (including each Principal Cardholder and/or Supplementary Cardholder, as the case may be) will be regarded as having accepted and will be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. By signing or using the Card, the Cardholder shall also be deemed to understand and acknowledge that the Card is issued to the Cardholder on the basis that the information, including without limitation, residential, office or mailing address, telephone number(s), fax number(s) and/or email address(es) and any information in relation to the Cardholder’s financial and employment status provided to UAF is and will remain true and correct.
