This Agreement shall commence for a period of 2 (two) years from the Commencement Date, December 1st 2020, at which time the COMPANY shall have the option to renew for 9 (nine) additional 2-year periods, upon which the same terms apply. Notice by the COMPANY shall be in writing at least 90 (ninety) days prior to expiration of each term.
