This agreement shall apply to all employees of the County Board of Education in County engaged in maintenance, services and plant operations, save and except supervisor of transportation, supervisor of buildings and maintenance, assistant supervisor of buildings and maintenance, supervising custodian, secondary school head custodians, bus supervisors, persons above those ranks and students employed during the school vacation period.
