This MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING is hereby made and entered into by and among the Get to Know Society, hereinafter referred to as G2K, the National Wildlife Federation, hereinafter referred to as NWF, the Children & Nature Network, hereinafter referred to as C&NN, the United States Department of Interior Fish & Wildlife Service, hereinafter referred to as FWS, and the United States Department of Agriculture Forest Service, WO, hereinafter referred to as the Forest Service. These organizations are collectively referred to as the “the parties.”
