This Second Amended and Restated Interlocal Agreement for the Joint and Cooperative Action Creating Mount Nebo Water Agency (the "Second Amended and Restated Agreement") is made by and among the parties' signatory hereto (sometimes referred to herein individually as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties"), pursuant to the provisions of the lnterlocal Cooperation Act, Utah Code Ann. §11-13-101 et seq. (1953, as amended) (the "Act"). This Second Amended and Restated Agreement is signed by the Parties on the dates indicated and is effective upon completion of the filing requirements of the Act.
