Reference is made to the announcement dated 21 November 2017 in relation to the Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) entered into between MCSB and the Company’s subsidiary, PISB (“Announcement”). The Board of Directors of KAG are pleased to announce that a teaming agreement based on revenue share had been finalised between PISB and MCSB (“Agreement”).
