This ACUZipositSM Remote and Mobile Deposit Service Agreement, ("Agreement") is the contract which covers your and our rights and responsibilities concerning the ACUZiposit Remote Deposit Service (“Service”) offered to you by Alabama Credit Union ("Credit Union"). The words “Credit Union” "we," "us," and "our" mean Alabama Credit Union. The word "account" means any one or more deposit accounts you have with the Credit Union. The word “remote deposit” means the remote deposit capture service offered by the Credit Union or other financial institution. The Credit Union’s standard Membership and Account Agreement and Account Opening Documentation requirements are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
