STOCK PURCHASE AGREEMENT FOR CHINA DE XIAO QUAN CARE GROUP CO., LTD. THIS STOCK PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this "Agreement") is made as of the day of March 15, 2023 by and among Chongyi Yang (the "Seller"), and Yangtengjie Qin (the "Purchaser").
