MULTI-PARTY FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR THE SUPPLY OF PLANT HIRE 2014September 6th, 2013
KCC is a central purchasing body within the meaning of Directive 2004/18/EC of the European Parliament and Council. KCC enters into this Framework Agreement on its own behalf and on behalf of all local authorities in Ireland and the Office of Public Works (OPW) as listed in Schedule 3 hereto (“the Framework Purchasers”) that may wish from time to time to purchase Plant Hire Services. The Supplier wishes to provide such Plant Hire services as may be described in a Request for Mini-Competition (the “Services”), in accordance with this Framework Agreement.
