AGREEMENT (Block 85 Project) (“Amended Agreement”) is entered into between the CITY OF LINCOLN, NEBRASKA, a municipal corporation in the State of Nebraska (“City”); BLOCK 85, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company and its successors and assigns (collectively “Block 85”); BOOTH FISHERY, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company and its successors and assigns (collectively “Booth Fishery”); and AIRSPACE LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company and its successors and assigns (collectively “Airspace”). Block 85 and Booth Fishery are sometimes individually referred to herein as “Redeveloper” and collectively as “Redevelopers.”
