THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED CREDIT AGREEMENT, dated as of ____________ ____, 2019, is among ROYAL CARIBBEAN CRUISES LTD., a Liberian corporation (the “Borrower”), the various financial institutions as are or shall become parties hereto (and their respective successors or assigns, collectively, the “Lender Parties”) and THE BANK OF NOVA SCOTIA (“Scotiabank”), as administrative agent (in such capacity, the “Administrative Agent”) for the Lender Parties.
