This License Agreement (this “Agreement”), dated for purposes of identification only as the day of _ 2020, is entered into by and between the City of Aliso Viejo, a California municipal corporation, with its principal place of business at 12 Journey, Aliso Viejo, CA 92656 (hereinafter “City”), and Renewable Farms, a non-profit corporation, with its principal place of business at 700 La Veta Avenue, Unit T4 Orange, California 92868 (hereinafter, “Licensee”). The City and Licensee are sometimes hereinafter individually referred to as “Party” and hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
