prepared by to be committed to the provision of Chapter 183A of the of the Massachusetts General Laws and have thereby created a condominium known as Hampshire Village II Condominium I (the “Condominium”). The property is a part of the land owned by the Grantor and described in the Hampshire Village II Restrictions dated and recorded immediately prior hereto, all of which land is known as Hampshire Village II. The term “Master Deed” as used in these By-Laws shall mean the aforementioned deed as it may from time to time be amended.
