This Agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”) entered into as of May , 2016 (the “Effective Date”), between the City of Millville, 12 S. High Street, Post Office Box 609, Millville, Cumberland County, a municipal subdivision of the State of New Jersey (hereinafter “the City”, “the Municipality” or “the Owner”), and Neri’s Construction & Rental, Inc., 849 Clayton Road, Williamstown, New Jersey 08094, (hereinafter “Contractor”), for the demolition of certain properties; and
