This End User Licence Agreement ("Licence Agreement") is the legal agreement between you and REVIV Technology Ltd ("REVIV") with respect to the REVIV proprietary software application known as Heliix ("App") licensed to you by REVIV to be accessed via your internal network or other device as set forth herein. Please note that the term “you” shall also refer to any authorised end users who access our App on your behalf ("End Users").
