This Interconnection Agreement ("Agreement") is made effective by and between Charter Fiberlink MA-CCO, LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, with offices at 12405 Powerscourt Drive, St. Louis, MO 63131 (“Charter”) and Taconic Telephone Corp. d/b/a Consolidated Communications (“Consolidated”) a corporation organized under the laws of the State of New York, with offices at 1 Taconic Place, Chatham, NY 12037. Consolidated and Charter may also be referred to herein singularly as a "Party" or collectively as the “Parties."
