MISSOURI MONTH-TO-MONTH LEASEApril 5th, 2021
This lease shall be month-to-month and rent shall be due on the first day of each month in which the Tenant occupies the property. This Lease may be terminated by either party at any time, and for any reason, by providing written notice to the other party no less than thirty days prior to the date of termination of the lease. If Tenant provides his/her notice for a date that shall terminate prior to the end of the month for which rent is to be paid, Tenant shall pay the entire monthly rent for the month in which the termination date shall occur, and Landlord shall refund to tenant any prorated portion of the Rent due to tenant for the period of the month that the Tenant did not occupy the property at the time of the return of the Tenant’s Security Deposit.
