This Claims and Performance Audit Services Contract (Contract) is made by and between the Mississippi Department of Finance and Administration (DFA), acting administratively on behalf of the Board of Trustees (Board) for the Mississippi State Agencies Self-Insured Workers’ Compensation Trust (Trust), and (Auditor), under which the Auditor agrees to provide services to the Board beginning July 1, 2019, subject to the following terms and conditions under which the Auditor agrees to provide services to the Board relating to its self-insured workers’ compensation program.
