CAFS AGREEMENT—WORK ORDERS: The specific work and services to be performed under this Contractors Agreement For Services (CAFS Agreement), the amounts to be paid, the times for performance, and liquidated damages (if any), are to be described in one or more Work Order(s), substantially in form attached hereto as Attachment A (each, including attachments thereto, an Order). However, nothing in this CAFS Agreement or any other document guarantees the execution of any Order, and the issuance of any Order does not guaranty the issuance of any further Orders.
