In order to obtain confidential Consumer Reports as defined by and only for a permissible purpose under the FCRA, ("Subscriber") and Sterling Infosystems enter into this agreement (“Agreement”) to be effective as of the last signature date below. In consideration of the mutual benefits, Sterling Infosystems and Subscriber agree as follows:
