This amendment to the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the City of Encinitas/San Dieguito Water District and SEIU Local 221 is effective December 16, 2020. Beginning on December 16, 2020, the vacation accrual limits are increased to 500 hours and the annual vacation cash out is increased to a maximum of 80 hours.
