Heritage Strategies, LLC is pleased to submit this proposal to prepare a Preservation Plan for the City of Joplin. The City of Joplin Preservation Plan will take a broad-based approach to the role of historic preservation in Joplin’s planning, economic development, and resource conservation strategies. It will coordinate closely with the city’s comprehensive planning and related plans and processes, and will recognize the central role of historic character to Joplin’s identity and quality of life.
