These Terms of Service (“Terms”) shall take effect by and between Faculty Science Limited, a private limited company incorporated in England and Wales (company registration number 08873131) with its principal place of business located at level 6, 160 Old Street, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 9BW and the Customer who purchases Faculty’s services hereunder (“Customer” and collectively with Faculty the “Parties”) on such date as agreed between the Parties. This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions pursuant to which Customer will licence or access certain Faculty commercial software products and/or contract for certain services from Faculty and pursuant to which Faculty will provide such products and/or services to Customer as set forth in any applicable call-off contract (and any related purchase order, statement of work, or amendment, in each case incorporated in the call-off contract) (the “Order”).
