Service Provider’s use of Cisco SD-WAN under the MSLA is subject to these Product Terms, and, for the Cloud Services, the Cloud Terms attached to the MSLA as Attachment C. In the event of a conflict, the order of precedence shall be (a) this Product Terms attachment; (b) the Cloud Terms in Attachment C; (c) the MSLA (including Exhibit 1) and (d) the Master Agreement. Capitalized terms used but not defined in this document will have the definition set forth in the Cloud Terms in Attachment C, the MSLA or the Master Agreement.
