This Intergovernmental Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this 1st day of July, 2021, (“Effective Date”) by and between COLUMBIA COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Oregon, by and through the Columbia County Sheriff’s Office (the “CCSO”), and the CITY OF VERNONIA, a municipal corporation of the State of Oregon, (the “City”).
