Effective this day, this agreement is between the signed party and Abacus Commercial Mortgage (henceforth referred to as ACM), Houston, Texas, in the United States of America; each of the parties whose names and addresses are affixed to and appear at the bottom of this agreement and whose signatures have been duly made, executed and added therewith; names and signatures may be added as the case may be, in accordance with the wishes of the parties. The Parties have disclosed or may disclose confidential information relating to the Parties business, which to the extent previously, presently or subsequently disclosed to the Parties is hereinafter referred to as “Proprietary Information”.
