THIS MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (“MOU”) is dated into this day of , 2006 between the City of Falls Church, Virginia, a municipal corporation of the Commonwealth of Virginia (“City”), and the County Board of Arlington County, Virginia (“County Board”), the governing body of Arlington County, Virginia (“County”), a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Virginia. The City and the County Board are jointly referred to hereinafter as the “Parties.” The City and the County Board are sometimes individually referred to hereafter as “Party.”
