The purpose of this Agreement is to maintain a harmonious relationship between the Employer and its employees; to provide an amicable and equitable method of settling grievances or differences which might arise; to maintain mutually satisfactory working conditions, and wages, for all employees who are subject to the provisions ofthis Agreement and generally to promote the mutual interest of the Employer and such employees.
